Carlos Rubio Carvajal and Enrique Álvarez-Sala Walther designed the tower, which Sacyr built, formerly as Torre Sacyr Vallehermoso. Construction ran from 2004 to 2008. The article names no style. The plan is roughly triangular with curved sides, and the tower splits into three segments divided by fissures that stress its height.

The roof is 774 feet (236 m) high. The infobox gives 52 floors, while the text gives 50 usable ones. The facade is glass in a scale-like pattern with a double skin, and three small wind turbines sit on the upper roof.

The Eurostars Madrid Tower hotel takes about 60 percent of the building, and PwC occupies floors 34 to 50. The infobox lists PricewaterhouseCoopers as owner, while the text says it stayed with Merlin Properties after Sacyr's sale in 2015.
