Santa Dorotea is a Catholic church at Via di Santa Dorotea 23 in Trastevere in Rome. It was first recorded in a papal bull of 1123 under the name San Silvestro alla Porta Settimiana. It was given a double dedication to Saints Silvestro and Dorotea in 1445, and rebuilt in 1475. In 1517 Saint Cajetan founded the Oratory of Divine Love in its sacristy. In 1592 Saint Joseph Calasanz opened a free public school in the house next door, the first school of the Piarist Order.

In 1738 the church was given to the Conventual Franciscans, who demolished it and rebuilt it as their convent chapel. Giovanni Battista Nolli was the architect, commissioned by Giovanni Carlo Vipera, the order's Minister-General. The style is Baroque.

The church was restored and re-consecrated in 1879. Pope Francis made it a titular church in 2014.
