Sant'Egidio is a convent church in the Trastevere district of Rome, dedicated to St. Giles, the patron saint of hermits. It was founded in 1630. It stands next to a former Carmelite monastery, and together the two buildings form the seat of the Community of Sant'Egidio.

The nuns who lived there abandoned the church in 1971. In 1973 it was occupied by a lay community that had been founded in 1968, and that community took its name from the church. It is a Roman Catholic titular church.

On October 5, 2019, it became the titular church of Cardinal Matteo Zuppi. Together with the former Carmelite monastery, it forms the seat of the Community of Sant'Egidio.
