San Giacomo dell'Orio is a Roman Catholic parish church in the Santa Croce district of Venice. It is dedicated to Saint James the Apostle, and the origin of its name is unknown. The church was founded in the ninth century and rebuilt in 1225, and the campanile dates from that period. Its ship's keel roof dates from the fourteenth century, and two columns were brought from the sack of Constantinople in the Fourth Crusade.

The church is rich in art. Lorenzo Lotto painted the altarpiece Madonna and Four Saints for the high altar. Paolo Veronese made an altarpiece in 1581 for the Chapel of Saint Lawrence, which also holds paintings by Palma il Giovane. Andrea Schiavone painted three works for the cantoria.

The organ was built by Gaetano Callido and completed in 1776. A restoration in 1903 revealed a Romanesque window from the thirteenth-century building.
