Sant'Andrea is a pieve, or baptismal church, in Pistoia, Tuscany. Surrounding village congregations came here for baptism. It lay on the Via Francigena, the medieval pilgrim route from France to Rome. The site may date to the eighth century, when the church was smaller, and it was extended in length in the twelfth century.

The brothers Gruamonte and Adeodatus made the facade in the mid-twelfth century, in the Pistoiese Romanesque style with bichrome marble. Adeodatus also made the sculptures and the architrave of the portal, which shows the Journey of the Magi. The upper facade was finished and the central nave vaulted in the late fifteenth century.

The pulpit is by Giovanni Pisano. The apse frescoes of 1506 are by Bernardino del Signoraccio, and the aisles have paintings by Cristofano Allori, Alessio Gimignani and Girolamo Scaglia.
