The Perm Tchaikovsky Opera and Ballet Theatre is an opera and ballet house at Petropavlovskaya Street 25A in Perm, Russia. It is one of the country's oldest theatres. R. O. Kavrovsky designed the building, which was constructed from 1874 to 1879, and the theatre was rebuilt in 1959. The first performance in the new building took place in the winter of 1879 and 1880.

The auditorium seats 972, and the orchestra pit seats 50. The stage is 21.5 meters high, 18 meters wide and 14 meters deep. In 1956 the theatre was renamed after Tchaikovsky, who was born in the region.

During World War II the Leningrad opera and ballet company, now the Mariinsky, performed in Perm for three winters and two summers. The Diaghilev Seasons festival has been held there every two years since 2003.
