Montevideo is a residential skyscraper at Landverhuizersplein in Rotterdam, on the Nieuwe Maas river. Mecanoo designed it in a Modernist style, with the principal Francine Houben credited. ING Real Estate Development was the developer. Construction ran from 2003 to 2005, and the tower opened on December 19, 2005.

The tower has 43 stories. It rises 139.5 meters to its roof and 152.3 meters including an eight-by-eight-meter "M" logo that also serves as a wind vane. It holds 192 apartments, about 6,050 square meters of offices and about 1,933 square meters of retail space.

It is among the world's tallest buildings designed by women, and it is named after the capital of Uruguay. It won a commendation at the International Highrise Award in 2006 and the Dedalo Minosse Prize.
