The Izrael Poznański Palace is a 19th-century residence in Łódź, Poland. Hilary Majewski designed it, and Adolf Zeligson later modified it. The cotton industrialist Izrael Poznański commissioned it, and it carries his name. It was built in 1877, with changes from 1888 to 1903.
The style is Eclecticism, blending Neo-Renaissance and Neo-Baroque elements. The L-shaped plan has a southern wing topped with tall domed roofs. Inside are a ballroom, a chamber of mirrors and a winter garden with a glass ceiling. The grounds have rare botanical gardens, a shooting range and sculptures that symbolize industry.
During the German occupation the Nazi authorities used it as a headquarters. Since 1975 it has housed the Museum of the City of Łódź.
