Frascati Cathedral is a Roman Catholic cathedral and minor basilica in Frascati, Italy, dedicated to Saint Peter the Apostle. Ottaviano Nonni, known as Mascherino, designed the present building on a Greek cross plan. Construction began in 1598, and the first Mass was celebrated on June 29, 1610. Girolamo Fontana began the new facade in 1696, and it was completed in 1700. Two bell towers beside the facade were built later.

The church holds an eleventh-century wooden crucifix from Tusculum and a relief of 1612 by Pompeo Ferrucci. The nave holds the funerary monument of Charles Edward Stuart, whose heart is in an urn under the floor. His body was moved to Saint Peter's Basilica in 1807.

Bombing destroyed the interior on September 8, 1943. It was left bare afterward, except for a small chapel on the right.
