Forum 66 is a mixed-use twin-tower complex at 1 Qingnian Dajie in the Shenhe District of Shenyang, in Liaoning Province. The developer was Hang Lung Properties and the architect was Kohn Pedersen Fox. Construction began on 17 June 2008, and the complex opened on 8 October 2015.
Tower 1 is 1,260 feet (384 meters) tall and has 76 floors, and it was completed in 2015. Tower 2 is 1,152 feet (351 meters) tall and has 68 floors. Construction of Tower 2 has been suspended as of 2026.
The complex has a total floor area of 420,000 square meters, or about 4.5 million square feet, and it is a mixed-use development.
