The Fortune Theatre is a 432-seat West End theatre on Russell Street, near Covent Garden in London's City of Westminster. Architect Ernest Schaufelberg designed it in an Italianate style for the author and impresario Laurence Cowen. Construction ran from 1922 to 1924, and it opened in 1924. It was the first theatre built in London after the First World War.

It was also one of the first London buildings to experiment with concrete, and its facade is mainly bush hammered concrete. The site previously held the Albion Tavern, a pub frequented by Georgian and Victorian actors.

The Woman in Black ran there from 1989 until 2023. Operation Mincemeat opened there on March 29, 2023. English Heritage listed the theatre at Grade II in May 1994, and it is notable for a bar in the stalls.
