The Field Cathedral of the Polish Army, also called the Church of Our Lady Queen of the Polish Crown, stands at Długa Street 13 in Warsaw. The Piarist friars received a royal privilege for the site, and King John Casimir financed much of the construction. Constantino Tencalla was most probably the original designer. Work began in 1660 and finished in 1682, and the church was consecrated in 1701. The style is Baroque.

It was reconstructed several times. Józef Fontana worked on it in 1730, and Antonio Corazzi and Andrzej Gołuński remodeled it in 1835 to 1837. The Russian authorities had confiscated it in 1834 and converted it to Orthodox use.

German bombing destroyed it on August 20, 1944. Leon Marek Suzin's team restored it from 1946 to 1960. Inside are a Chapel of the Polish Soldier, a Katyn chapel, and paintings by Michael Willmann.
