The Church of Saint Anne in Trabzon, Turkey, is also known in Turkish as Küçük Ayvasıl Kilisesi. It belongs to the Greek Orthodox tradition and is believed to date from the sixth or seventh century. It is a small early Byzantine building with a barrel-vaulted nave and aisles, and a sanctuary flanked by side chambers formed from three curved apses. A classical sarcophagus forms the tympanum over the main entrance, showing a standing warrior and a winged Nike.

An inscription on a relief slab above the south door records a restoration in 884 and 885, during the joint reigns of Basil I, Leo VI and Alexander.

From 2021 to 2022 the exterior and interior were cleaned and the whitewash was removed, which revealed previously hidden frescoes. The church has not held services for over a century. It is open to the public free of charge during daytime hours.
