The Basilica della Collegiata is a Roman Catholic church in Catania, Sicily. It was first built in the early Middle Ages, and Pope Eugenius IV elevated it to a collegiate church. It was rebuilt in the early eighteenth century after the earthquake of 1693. The design is attributed to Angelo Italia, and the facade was designed by the Polish architect Stefano Ittar. Sources differ on completion, giving 1768 and 1794.

The facade is a late example of Sicilian Baroque. The lower order has six stone columns topped by a balustrade, and the upper order has a large central window and statues of Saints Peter, Paul, Agatha and Apollonia.

The interior has a nave, two aisles and three apses. Giuseppe Sciuti frescoed the vaults and dome in 1896. The high altar holds a copy of a Byzantine icon of the Virgin with Child from Biancavilla.
