The former Cathedral of Baeza stands on the Plaza de Santa Maria in Baeza, Andalusia. It was the episcopal see of the Diocese of Baeza, and it stands on the site of the city's former major mosque. Alfonso VII captured the mosque in 1147 and temporarily converted it into a cathedral. The diocese was restored in the thirteenth century and then suppressed for good.

Andrés de Vandelvira led the Renaissance reconstruction in the sixteenth century that created the present church. Construction ended in 1593, shortly after his death. The apse retains Gothic tracery.

The cathedral is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Renaissance Monumental Ensembles of Úbeda and Baeza. It was one of 100 nominees for the 12 Treasures of Spain in 2007.
