345 Park Avenue is an International Style office tower in Midtown Manhattan. It has 44 stories and stands 634 feet (193 meters) tall. It takes up a full block, between Park and Lexington Avenues and 51st and 52nd Streets. Emery Roth & Sons designed it, with Richard Roth Jr. as lead design partner, and he called it "the roughest design problem I've ever had." Samuel Rudin developed it.

The building was completed in 1969 and replaced the Sheraton-East hotel, which was demolished in 1966. It has a light-colored façade and a public plaza of 20,690 square feet with Robert Cook's sculpture "Dinoceras."

Its tenants include Blackstone, East West Bank, Loeb & Loeb and the NFL. Rudin Management is the landlord.
