25 Martin Place, originally the MLC Centre, is an office tower in Sydney designed by Harry Seidler for MLC Limited. Construction ran from 1972 to 1975, and it opened in 1977. It was officially opened in September 1978 by the Governor-General, Sir Zelman Cowen. Dexus renamed it in 2021.

The tower is Modernist, with a white reinforced concrete structure on an octagonal plan and eight tapering corner columns. It rises 748 feet (228 meters) and has 67 floors. It was the tallest building in Australia and in the Southern Hemisphere from 1977 to 1986. It won the Sir John Sulman Medal in 1983.

The site was cleared of the Australia Hotel and the Theatre Royal. The 1,186-seat Theatre Royal sits in the podium, which also holds a shopping center.
